Orders received M-F by 3PM EST (12PM PST) ship within 24-48 hours depending on product availability. If we run out of stock on an item shipping could be delayed by a day or two until we get that item back in stock or find a suitable replacement. A business day is M-F when holidays are not present.
We use USPS as our main shipping partner and we can ship packages via FedEx and UPS and to PO Boxes. Unfortunately once packages have shipped they cannot be re-routed.
Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed by CareGifting. Delivery times may vary by destination, and inclement weather. Please check USPS.com for delivery estimates if you are in need of the most accurate and up to date information.

Hospital and Care Facility Deliveries:
We will ship to hospitals and after surgery care facilities, although we do not recommend doing so. There are many reasons not to; patients are routinely discharged early, hospital mail rooms are sometimes slow in sorting and delivering packages, and if a person has been discharged, any number of things can happen to your package. Sometimes they are returned to sender, occasionally they are forwarded to the patients home but many times they simply disappear. Therefore, we strongly advise you to send your gift to the recipients home. If you are certain your friend or loved one will be in the hospital for an extended period of time and you choose to ship there, try to get as much information as possible. To help the hospital deliver your package in a timely manner, please try to get a building name or number and a room number, if possible. All shipments to hospitals are made at your own risk. We are unable to guarantee or insure delivery to hospitals and you accept full responsibility if the package is delayed or lost.
Address Changes Shipping address changes cannot be made after the package has left our shipping dept. If you have entered an address incorrectly or a patient has been discharged from a hospital before the package was received, the gift will typically be rejected by a receiving office and returned to our office. You can contact us and we can discuss shipping a replacement gift to the new address but you will be charged for both packages shipping fees. Always be certain the shipping address is valid and that the recipient will be at the hospital to receive the gift. If the timeframe is in question, send it Express!
Incorrect Addresses You are responsible for providing us with a valid delivery address. We take no responsibility for the cost of replacement gifts or additional shipping charges as a result of incorrect addresses. If a gift is returned due to an address problem that is our fault, we apologize and we will re-pack and re-send the gift ASAP!
