Returns and Exchange Policy
If you receive an incorrect product item or an incomplete order, please send an email to our customer service department at email@example.com. Please include your name and order number. We will issue a full or partial refund or replacement for errors made by our company.
All gift baskets and individual gift products must be returned within 30 calendar days. Merchandise must be in original condition. Please note that we cannot accept merchandise that has been opened or used.
Refunds and returns are provided for new, unused merchandise within 10 days of purchase. Once the item arrives back at our store we will credit your card for the item amount (sorry, we cannot refund the original shipping charge).
Incorrect Shipping Addresses: You are responsible for providing us with a valid delivery address. We take no responsibility for the cost of replacement gifts or additional shipping charges as a result of incorrect addresses. If a gift is returned due to an address problem that is our fault, we apologize and we will re-pack and re-send the gift ASAP!
