We use USPS as our shipping partner and we can ship packages to PO Boxes. Unfortunately once packages have shipped they cannot be re-routed. We do not ship outside the USA.

USPS Express Mail-arrives 1-2 business days after the order is shipped (must be ordered before 3PM EST/ 12 PM PST) excluding weekends and holidays. Orders ship same day excluding weekends and holidays (if ordered before 3PM EST/12 PM PST). Express Mail is guaranteed overnight to most locations (2 days to outlying locations). Check USPS.com to see whether your destination is to an outlying area or contact CareGifting customer service. NOTE: Choosing Express Mail 1-2 days for hospital delivery is not recommended if the patient is only planning to be in the hospital for 1-2 days. Please choose an alternate shipping method or ship the package to a home or relatives address for the quickest delivery. Hospital mail room operating times, and courier pick up times can often delay the delivery of a package.
USPS Priority Mail-arrives 2-3 business days after the day the order is shipped. Orders ship same day excluding weekends and holidays (if ordered before 3PM EST/12 PM PST).
USPS GROUND SHIPPING 5-7- arrives 5-7 business days after the day the order is shipped. Orders ship same day excluding weekends and holidays (if ordered before 3PM EST/12 PM PST).
Please also note the following carrier holidays where there will be NO TRAVEL ACTIVITY on your package (USPS does not pick up or deliver on the dates below so our office will be closed). Please plan your order accordingly.

Inclement weather/hurricanes and snow storms can delay delivery.
We do ship to hospitals, although please be aware that there are a few reasons why you might not want to.
- patients are routinely discharged early and we cannot re-route the package once it has left our office.
- most hospital mail rooms are not staffed on weekends to take receipt and deliver packages to patients.
- most hospitals have courier services that pick up hospital mail from the post office and deliver to the hospitals mail room. The courier services only operate m-f during certain times of the day. If your package arrives to the local post office later in the day, after the courier service has already arrived the package would not be picked up until the next business day. If this was a Friday, the package would not be delivered to the hospital until Monday. This is how hospitals have established delivery service and is entirely out of our control. Please plan your ordering in advance or send to a recipients relative or home if you are at all concerned about getting the package to the patient in a timely fashion.
- if a patient has been discharged, and your package arrives after this time any number of things can happen to your package. Sometimes they are returned to sender, occasionally they are forwarded to the patients home. It all depends on the hospitals policies. You would need to contact the hospitals mail room to discuss their policies
Based on our experience, we strongly advise you to send your gift to the recipients home if the patient is only planning on being in the hospital for 24-48 hours. IF the patient does not have a room # or is having an outpatient surgery, please choose home delivery. Most likely the patient's name will not have a room associated so the mail room cannot deliver and the package will be returned to sender. If you are certain your friend or loved one will be in the hospital for an extended period of time 3-5 days hospital delivery would be perfect!
Shipping address changes cannot be made after the package has left our shipping dept. If you have entered an address incorrectly or a patient has been discharged from a hospital before the package was received, the gift will typically be rejected by a receiving office and returned to our office. You can contact us and we can discuss shipping a replacement gift to the new address but you will be charged for both packages shipping fees. Always be certain the shipping address is valid and that the recipient will be at the hospital to receive the gift. If the timeframe is in question, send it Express!
You are responsible for providing us with a valid delivery address. We take no responsibility for the cost of replacement gifts or additional shipping charges as a result of incorrect addresses. If a gift is returned due to an address problem that is our fault, we apologize and we will re-pack and re-send the gift ASAP!
Returns are accepted for new, unused merchandise returned in its original packaging within 10 days of purchase. A refund will be granted to the original purchaser in the form of payment rendered at time of purchase. A full merchandise refund will be granted, but shipping costs cannot be refunded.
