CareGifting will replace a gift with another selection, or issue a gift certificate toward another purchase for items that are damaged, defective or an incorrect size. CareGifting will not accept partially used items as returns.
To return or exchange an item, please follow these steps:
Repack the gift in its original packaging.
Obtain a return merchandise authorization number (RMA) by submitting the online form. Include the RMA number in the following return shipping address:

For your security, please return your gift with an insured courier (e.g., FedEx, UPS, USPS Parcel Post) and retain your receipt.
CareGifting is not responsible for items damaged or lost in transit.
If you are returning a gift because it is damaged or defective, CareGifting will provide a prepaid UPS return label.
